Hotkeys
Every command you can give a key, with its default keys and where the menus have it.

A key works in one part of the window. Global keys work anywhere; the others work only in their panel: the Subtitle grid, the Line editor, the Video or the Audio panel. A panel's keys work while it has the keyboard, or while the pointer is over it, unless Hotkeys follow the panel under the pointer is turned off in File › Settings › Audio. One key can do different things in different panels.
To change a key, open File › Settings › Hotkeys, select the command and press Map hotkey…. Restore default puts back the key below; Delete leaves the command without one. A macro's key is set in the Automation panel. Commands without a key here can still be given one.
